If you see Ice Cave Falls (AKA ice caverns) as a dungeon then you need to reload the game. Gibbering Gemstone drops from Chiltara, a RARE mob in the Caverns of Frost level 2.
Gibbering Gemstone - Found in Act 3 on the quest where you destroy the ballistae. Shown at 3:24 minutes into the video guide above. Find the Mysterious Chest in the Mysterious Cave (a random dungeon). The Rare Merchant is located at the bottom of the map. To get to the Dahlgur Oasis use the Path of the Oasis waypoint. Liquid Rainbow - Found in Act 2 after you saved an NPC. Shown at 3:07 minutes into the video guide above. To purchase it from a vendor, talk to the Squirt Merchant. Wirt’s Bell costs 100,000 gold in Caldeum’s Bazaar. Shown at 2:29 minutes into the video guide above. Leoric’s Shinbone is located at random in the fireplace (found by walking right when you enter) in Leoric’s Manor (use Leoric’s Manor waypoint). Shown at 1:57 minutes into the video guide above. The Black Mushroom is located in a patch of mushrooms in Cathedral level 1 (second waypoint). Shown at 00:51 minutes into the video guide above.
